Welcome to Sexual4YOU.com (the “Site”). The Site is owned and operated by Steeplechase LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Site, purchasing a membership, or ordering custom digital products, you (the “User” or “Subscriber”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. ADULT CONTENT & AGE REQUIREMENT
This Site contains sexually explicit material and is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access this Site. By entering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that you are not offended by adult-oriented content.
2. VIRTUAL PERSONA & SYNTHETIC MEDIA DISCLOSURE
The characters portrayed on this Site, including but not limited to Elena, are fictional virtual personas created using artificial intelligence and synthetic media technologies.
- All images, videos, and lip-syncing content are computer-generated.
- These personas do not represent actual human beings.
- All voice and audio content is produced via digital synthesis or licensed performance for use with virtual avatars.
3. BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS
All transactions are processed by our third-party payment processor, CCBill.
Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “SV4U BILLING” (or as otherwise specified at the time of checkout).
Automatic Renewal: Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the User. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date. You may cancel at any time through the Member Area or by contacting CCBill support directly.
4. NO REFUND POLICY & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
Due to the digital nature of our content, we maintain a strict NO REFUND policy to prevent fraudulent use of our services.
- 4.1 General Content: Subscription fees and Pay-Per-View (PPV) purchases are non-refundable once access to the digital content has been granted.
- 4.2 Personalized AI Keepsakes (Custom Orders): These are bespoke digital assets generated specifically at your request. Once the production has been initiated, the order is strictly non-refundable.
- 4.3 Quality Variations: As this is synthetic media, minor artifacts in lip-syncing or visual rendering are inherent to the technology and do not constitute a grounds for a refund.
- 4.4 Chargeback Policy: Initiating a dispute with your bank without first contacting Site Support is considered “Friendly Fraud.” Such actions will result in a permanent ban and reporting to global merchant blocklists.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LICENSE
Upon purchase, the User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and listen to the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download (unless explicitly permitted), redistribute, sell, or use our characters’ likenesses for any other purpose.
6. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 COMPLIANCE
All material on this Site is exempt from the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 because the visual depictions are entirely computer-generated and do not involve real performers.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the constant availability of the service or that the AI-generated outputs will meet specific subjective expectations of realism.
