Refund & Cancellation Policy
Sexual4YOU.com offers subscription-based access to digital entertainment content delivered immediately upon purchase. Please review the following policies regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
How to Cancel
You may cancel through either of the following channels:
- Member Dashboard: Log in and select “Cancel Subscription”
- CCBill Consumer Support: Manage or cancel at support.ccbill.com
After cancellation, membership remains active through the end of the paid billing period.
2. Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the digital and immediate nature of our content delivery, we do not offer refunds once access to the member area has been granted or the subscription period has begun.
Technical Access Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing the service, please contact us at admin@sexual4you.com so we may assist. If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a pro-rated credit or comparable accommodation at our sole discretion.
3. Billing Disputes
We encourage users to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with their bank, as most billing questions can be resolved quickly through support.
Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of account access in accordance with our Terms of Service.
