1. CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

How to Cancel:

  • Member Dashboard: Log in to your account area at Sexual4YOU.com and select the “Cancel Subscription” option.
  • CCBill Support: As our official payment processor, you may also manage or cancel your subscription directly through the CCBill Consumer Support portal at support.ccbill.com.

2. REFUNDS

Due to the digital and immediate nature of our high-fidelity audio vault and personalized AI greetings, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once content has been accessed or the subscription period has begun

Technical Issues:
If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing our service, please contact us at admin@sexual4you.com within 48 hours of the issue. We will work to resolve the technical barrier. If a resolution is not possible, we may provide a pro-rated credit or refund at our sole discretion.

3. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We advocate for direct communication to resolve any billing concerns. Initiating a bank dispute or chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of our Terms of Service. Such actions will result in:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of site access.
  • Reporting of the user identity to global merchant blocklists (which may prevent future purchases at other adult entertainment sites).
  • Potential collection efforts for the original amount plus associated chargeback fees.
  • Forfeiture of any unused subscription time or personalized content.
